Making An Appointment
We are usually about 2 weeks out for new appointments but certain times of the year it is more or less. When you call for an appointment it helps if you have the vehicle year, make and model ready and any symptoms you experienced and under what conditions. You may be asked if the symptom was better or worse going fast or slow, uphill or downhill or if you heard any odd noises or had any odd smells.
Be prepared to make arrangements to leave the vehicle with us for the day or two that it may take to diagnose and repair any issues. We have a key drop box located by the office door if you want to leave your vehicle the evening before your appointment or outside normal office hours. We will call you when it is ready to be picked up or if we have any questions.
When coming in with a vehicle, either to drop off or to make an appointment please be sure to come to the office. Our shop area is not suitable for visitors and having others out there can be a hazard both to you and to us. We will gladly take care of your questions at our front desk!
